THE STYLED SOIREE - $395 (up to 20 children)

Provide all party elements for customized children’s tablescape (plates, paper cups, utensils, napkins, mini water bottles with customized labels, paper straws, table covering, table favors, hat or accessory for each child that goes with the theme, additional table décor)

One-hour in-person set-up (includes Westchester & lower Fairfield /$50 surcharge for NYC)
This package is a step up from the “CURATED CELEBRATION” as everything that will be suggested for the tablespace will also be provided and set-up by The Styled Host. Party day is often stressful enough so why not chop your to-do list in half so you can enjoy the day more!
HAVING A BASH - $850 (up to 20 children)
One-hour phone consultation followed by an in-person meeting/walkthrough at party location
List of potential party locations/venues, if needed

Coordinate cake order and delivery; food and drink; and children’s activity OR entertainment (cost of each is separate from package price)
Additional party ideas and elements suggested pertaining to theme, however cost of each is not included in the package price

You’ve committed to having this big bash and you want it to be specular but just don’t know where to start and where to find the time… This is the “soup to nuts” package and not only will we style your event so it dazzles but we also take care of the planning elements and set-up.

Floral designs that you can source and make yourself (or an option to have them provided by The Styled Host which can even be done in your own vases)
One-hour in-person meeting in your home to discuss all the key details: flow, lighting, music, food display, etc. (this can also be done on the day of the event)
Sometimes entertaining 8 guests is just as much work as entertaining 28 guests. Three essential elements that will lead to happy guests and great conversation; ambiance, great food and stellar drinks. This package is designed to deliver those very three things so that you can focus on being the hostess with the mostess.
THE SHOWER FAIRY (BRIDAL & BABY) - $695

Coordinate and provide a customized cookie favor for each guest (cost is separate at $5 per guest
Coordinate shower cake and delivery (cost of cake not included)
Oversee all details with venue/restaurant/caterer, photographer and florist (linens, headcount, set-up, timing, music, etc.)
Two-hour day-off set-up
There’s nothing more joyous then celebrating a blushing bride or mother-to-be; however anyone who has ever thrown a shower can tell you it is a TREMENDOUS amount of work and often this responsibility lands on one person. This package is designed to help relieve the pressure and lengthy to-do list a shower host often carries, while also turning your affair into an artfully arranged experience you that will WOW everyone, even you.
